Meridian is a four-therapist studio built around one treatment done carefully: reflexology of the feet and lower legs. Sessions are quiet, unhurried and measured in minutes, not add-ons.
Every session starts with a warm soak and ends with lower-leg work. The only decision is how long you have.
Soak, then focused thumb-walking across the reflex zones of both feet. The short session for a lunch break or between errands.
Full sequence with time to work the plantar fascia and heel properly, plus ankles and calves at the end.
Reflexology plus extended calf and shin work. Chosen most often by runners and people who stand all day.
The long session: full reflexology, then seated work on the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Prices are per person. No membership, no package required. Gratuity is not expected.
Reflexology maps zones across the sole and heel to organs and systems elsewhere in the body. Therapists work those zones directly.
Sustained pressure along the plantar surface and calf encourages blood flow back through the feet and lower legs.
Clients most often report the same thing the following week: they fell asleep faster on the nights after a session.
Reflex zones map to the whole body. Working the arch and heel tends to loosen what is held higher up, in the hips and neck.
Useful between training days, after long shifts on your feet, and in the day or two following a flight.
Reflexology is complementary care. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical treatment, and our therapists will say so if you ask them to treat a condition.
Two private rooms and four reclining chairs behind a curtain. Come alone or bring someone; the chairs sit in pairs.
"I booked thirty minutes on a Tuesday and have been back every week since."
— Dana R., client since 2023We hold a chair for walk-ins most afternoons. For a private room, or for two people at once, call the studio and we will find a time.
